City of Seattle Community Resource List: Provides an extensive list of the best resources, a selection of which are also listed here. It also has information on:

King County Public Health Information: Find the most up-to-date public health advice, information on the Stay Home Stay Safe orders, and a variety of translations.

Small Business Resources

* 4/16 Update: Funding for many programs is exhausted at this time. While funds are being replenished at the local and federal level, you can prepare to apply as soon these programs reopen. For application assistance, contact the Office of Economic Development at OED@seattle.gov.

First, talk to your bank! Many of these programs are being done through established banking and lending relationships. Find out what your bank is offering and get help applying!

 Small Business Administration Loans: The SBA is offering several programs, particularly including the Payment Protection Program and the Economic Injury Disaster Loan.

Seattle Small Business Stabilization Fund: The first round of these $10,000 grants has closed, but they are working to have a second round. Get ready to apply!

rESIDENT Resources

Washington State Unemployment Information for Employees and Employers: Access information on applying for unemployment or find options to stay on payroll.

Seattle Paid Sick and Safe Time: The City implemented emergency changes to PSST to expand accessibility to the program during COVID-19.

In addition, you can find out about mortgage relief, deferring utility payments, internet access, and food resources at the City’s resource page. If you are concerned about your finances, talk to your bank about programs they are working with.
