To find out more about these topics and talk with Rico come to Franklin High School this Friday, June 21st at 2:30pm!

During the first two weeks of June, the Urban Land Institute convened a Technical Assistance Panel to provide recommendations to the City about Accessible Mt. Baker, which will be released as a report at the end of the summer. This is a unique opportunity to hear about what the TAP has been working on from one of the members, Rico Quirindongo, a local architect.

At this event, we will also be sharing the work that the Hub is doing right now! We will share updates on our outreach with business owners and our advocacy for Accessible Mt. Baker. We would also like to thank Franklin High School for partnering with us on this event, which is coordinated with several classes so that students can find out more about these activities in their neighborhood. This summer the Hub is also working to facilitate an internship for students to collaborate with our local artists on a new mural in the Mt. Baker Station area.
